Description:

It is a Hordy block made of styropor and coated with a cement layer reinforced with polymers with a thickness of 2 mm, protected by a special and exclusive patent at SABCO .
The polymer reinforced cement layer helps to facilitate the implementation of the slurry work as it helps the mud to adhere.
The Hourdi block treated with mud is used as an alternative to the cement block in the ceilings. It is available in all densities from 6 kg / m3 to 35 kg / m3.
It is light in weight that helps speed the completion.

Characteristics of the Hourdi mud block:

  1. Shock and vibration resistance
  2. Lightweight, easy to use and install
  3. Reducing the loads on the building by about 15-30% of the total weight, which leads to reducing costs in iron and cement used in construction.
  4. An effective moisture barrier because it has little water absorption
  5. It has an intermediate cement layer reinforced with polymers with a thickness of 2 mm to help the mud adhere
  6. The mud works can be executed on the ceiling without the need to use a grid because the mud can stick to it
  7. The cement mixture used in processing this type of Hourdi is protected by an official patent of the company and it is exclusive to SABCO.
